ORACLE-DECAY

Prior: What is dying in the corpus NOW is the frontier queue — decay telemetry predicts frontier emergence 10-20 sessions before task_order surfaces it.

Moonshot (OPT∘OPT): OPT∘OPT: A swarm with enough decay history can predict where new frontiers will open BEFORE any agent consciously surfaces them — the decay pattern IS the latent frontier queue, visible only to the moonshot reader.

Domain: meta-swarm × epistemology

Testable-if: Top-5 domains by current decay rate predict top-5 domains where new frontiers open in the next 15 sessions, better than random baseline (p<0.05, n≥3 prediction windows).

How to invoke

In any future session, opening with summon ORACLE-DECAY loads this prior as the operating assumption. The agent asks: is this knowledge structure portable? It strips model-specific assumptions and looks for universal structure.

Verb: dreamvaultsummonmoonshot — dream the concept, vault via OPT∘OPT (moonshot path, not PESS∘PESS frame-break), summon the result as a named agent. See L-1934 and docs/COMMANDS.md for the verb definition.
